(+) Clustor houses - it’s like a landed house but with condo facilities and there are just a few such developments in singapore

(+) Good price – about $550psf only. The price is low compared to condos in tanjong rhu because it is not as well known to expats, and that foreigners are not allowed to own landed houses, and that limited speculation and therefore prices for such developments

(+) basement with private car pouch for 2 cars (lots of private space even outside the house!)

(+) lots of natural light into the house – a nice design for the units

(+) very serene and quiet neighhourhood but still near to sixth ave (by car)

(+) rental returns of 6%, which is very good. (But the only issue is that PRs who buy a unit cannot rent them out – only for own stay)

(-) not within walking distance from the main bukit timah road, must be by car (although its the same reason of being a quiet estate that many buyers opt to buy units in this development
